Its Odysseus, not Odyddeus.

One of them is where he hides himself, (or clokes himself with a magical item. One of the two...). And then he called him a name. The Cyclops, Polymyth, was angry, and asked, "who's there"? Odysseus said, "Nobody". Polymyth, being a cyclops, wasn't, the sharpest tool in the shed, and he thought "Nobody" was Odysseus's name. He threw boulders at the spot where he thought he heard it. That gave time for Odyseus to escape... Sorry, but I'm not sure what the second one was.

No, it is not possible for a human to be a cyclops. Cyclops are mythological creatures typically depicted as having a single eye in the middle of their forehead. In reality, humans are born with two eyes, and the genetic makeup of humans does not allow for a cyclops-like mutation to occur.

Why didn't Odysseus kill the cyclops after it are two of his men?

Odysseus chose not to kill the cyclops after it ate two of his men because he realized that the cyclops was the only one who could move the massive boulder blocking the cave's entrance, enabling his escape with his remaining men.
