Very fruity. They invented Garem, which is a type of fermented fish sauce, and is identical to modern Nuam Pho fish sauces in modern culture. They also used a lot of sweet and savoury foods, like honey and vinegar. PS. They invented a snack that is made of dates stuffed with cake crumbs, apple, nuts and fruit juice. It's delicious! *__*
