Helen of Troy and Helen of Sparta is the same person. She was the daughter of Zeus and Leda, sister of Castor, Pollux and Clytemnestra. She was married to King Menelaos of Sparta and she was the cause of the Greek - Trojan war that lasted 10 years and the lifes of many heroes from both sides.
