What was Hercules' main flaw?

When Achille was born, his mother took him to the river styx which she immersed him in the waters to make him immortal. However, during this process, she accidentally did not immerse the heal of his foot so his heel was his weakness. He was killed likely by an arrow into the heel of his foot because it was not immortal.
