The pyramids were White, Red, Black, and possibly Green. Traces of these colors still remain on the Giza pyramids, and have been found on other pyramids along the Nile. Watch "The Pyramid Code". It is a very good but short film talking about what established mainstream Egyptologists dont want to talk about. Back to Colors; notice that these color sets are on many Arab flags today. Syria, Sudan and Egypt's flags contain these colors. Egypt is missing Green but contains the 3 main colors found on the 3 main Giza pyramids. I believe Green was the color of the smaller "queen" pyramids but I have no proof of this. These colors are fundamental to ancient Egyptian beliefs.

A:

Biblical tradition says that the Hebrews were descended from Abraham, who came out of the city of Ur in what is now Iraq. This means they would have been a Semitic people, with brown skin and indistinguishable from modern Iraqis.

Scholars disagree with some of the biblical account and, based on Archaeology and other evidence, say that the Hebrews were really West Semitic people of Canaanite origin, who were never really enslaved in Egypt. On this historical evidence, the original Hebrews had brown skin and would be indistinguishable from modern Palestinians.

Jewish answer:

Just as today, Jews (Israelites) came in differing skin-tones, heights, and body-types. Our tradition is that the twelve sons of Jacob (the 12 Tribes) were not completely similar to each other in appearance, though none of them was really dark-skinned (Rashi commentary on Genesis 12:11).

Abraham himself came from Western Asia, and since Jews have intermarried very little in the last 3800 years, the answer is that he probably looked like Jews today.

DNA testing of Jewish communities worldwide has shown that they are all interrelated and of Middle Eastern genetics, comparable to the Sephardim today (not African or Egyptian). Our own ancient sources state that the Hebrews were not Black.
