No, they didn't have to. Most of them did, sometimes they would marry their own brother/sister (mostly sister,) so that way they wouldn't be able to have any kids. They often wanted little or no kids to make sure that they would always stay pharaoh. Many pharaohs had many wives, and sometimes they would have around twice a dozen kids because they would have children with every wife.

Why did Demeter have a relationship with Zeus if they were brother and sister?

It is a common theme in Greek mythology, and other ancient myths as well, for siblings to marry one another and have children together. This could partially be due to the fact that the Greek Gods, for the most part, were all from the same family and there were no other gods to marry. It could also be a reflection of the ancient idea that it was the bloodline of rulers that made them important and the practice of some royal families to closely intermarried in order to keep their bloodline pure.

Why does all the Cleopatra's marry their brother?

Cleopatra was a very common name in the ancient Macedonian world. I'm sure not all of them married their brothers. However, in Egypt, the Cleopatras of the Ptolemaic dynasty often married their brothers as it was an Egyptian custom, that was supposed to keep the divine royal bloodline pure.

Why did the Incas marry their own sisters?

Incas married between brothers and sisters mostly to keep bloodlines pure. The Sampa Inca had to be (and was prefered) of pure Inca Blood (Inca was the nobility of the Tawantinsuyu which is known as inca empire). One of the most noticeable examples of this can be seen between brother Huascar (from pure Incan blood line) and Atahualpa (considered illegitimate or a "bastard" due to his mother not being from royal incan bloodline) and caused a civil war in the Incan empire.

How do you breed a black pearl leopard gecko?

Black Pearls are a very sought after morph. There is said to only be one lineage of this bloodline, but others have falsely imitated this bloodline, selling their "fakes" for the same price as the pure bloodline. This is one of the most recently discovered morphs of leopard gecko and is very expensive.
