Hera hated Hercules. She was the wife of Zeus and hated Hercules because he was the son of Zeus; Zeus was never very faithful to Hera. Thus, she attempted to kill him in several ways. When he was small, she sent a pair of snakes to his cradle, intent on killing him and his "brother", the son of the King and Queen Hercules was living with. Hercules grabbed the snakes and banged their heads together, killing them. This was the first indication that Hercules was not a normal child. Later on, Hera sent Hercules into a fit of rage, during which he murdered his wife and sons. Hera hated Hercules. Hera hated Hercules because he was not her child, but the son of Zeus and another woman he cheated with. That's why she tried to kill Hercules.Even though "Hercules" means something like "pride of Hera," Hercules is NOT Hera's son, as many people often confuse. :)
Hera was his main opponent.
It really depends. Hercules' stepmother hated Hercules-she was the one who sent those snakes to kill him. She was mad that he had settled down and was married with kids, so she made him go insane (some power or something) and he killed all of his children. He begged for the God's mercy, and they sent him to a King to carry out some 'missions'. So he did. The King also hated Hercules.
there was this half blood named Hercules child of Zeus who had to do these twelve jobs. he was so brave and he became a constellation
Hera sent a mad spell towards Hercules because she hated him. In this rage, Hercules slayed his wife, megara, and children. He wanted to be cleansed of this so he went to Delphi which in turn directed him to a Kim who dealt out Herc's labours.
Hera hated Hercules because Zeus, her husband, had Hercules with another woman.

Hera was jealous of every other woman that Zeus had an affair with and every child that Zeus had with other women. She particularly hated Hercules.

A child of a god and a mortal is called a demigod. Hercules is an example of one.
Are you asking about the snake that tried to kill Hercules when he was an infant? If so, Hera hated him and sent snakes to kill him, but he strangled them in his crib.

I don't think that Hercules ever did such a thing. At least I don't recall any such an incident. And thinking on how much Hera already hated Hercules I don't think he would dare do such a thing to madden her further.
