The greatest philosopher of all time was Greek philosopher Aristotle (384 BC to 322 BC). He had so many inputs in many aspects such as logic, history, sciences (physics, geology, metaphysics, Biology, psychology), philosophies, Christianity and even women and a lot more.

Zeno and Epicurus were basically the only known philosophers of the Hellenistic period. Zeno created Stoicism & Epicurus created Epicureanism.

Their isn't a best or better philosopher they're all philosophers but the elite would probably be : Plato, Socrates, Aristotle. These are also the best known ones.
