There were five excavations of Ramses II tomb from 1993-1998. During these excavations, archaeologist found remnants of his sarcophagus, several shabits of Ramses in both wood and copper and a blue anhydrite figurine of Ramses II.

A lime stone slab, with traces of the draughtsman's grid still on it, found in the Royal Tomb of Amarna.
I believe he is located in the Cairo museum and the tomb is very easily damaged due to it's age.

The tomb of Tutankhamen was well protected as it was built under the tomb of Ramses II, another Egyptian Pharaoh. It was also intact for this reason.
