Coeus is the Titan god of the "north" pole which holds aloft Uranus (Heaven) from Gaea (Earth). Coeus means both "pole" (poios, koios) and "query/inquire" - his mate was Phoebe - a Titan goddess often associated with the moon due to her being the grandmother of Apollo/Artemis- but she was a goddess of oracles, her name comes from phoibos, "bright" or "radiant," phoibaô "to purify" and phoibazô "to give prophesy." She gifted the Oracle of Delphi to Apollo upon his birthday.

The Titan gods have symbols/meanings that are most obvious to those who know Greek.
