Sorry I don't have an answer, I found one by the same artist in a house I bought recently. Did you find anything more out? Thanks, David
Premise. An come across between a kid's e book editor named Peter Wenders and an creator and illustrator named Harris Burdick, who says he has 14 memories that he has written; he has introduced one photograph from every story with a caption.
Yes I do...I have a beautiful palate knife sometime just after Dec 13, 1964 as Herschel E Fullen used The Wall Street Journal with that date on it. Frowning Clown with colorful scarf around its neck depicting a low in the stock market. The scarf seems to be swisting in the wind...or is the scarf a noose choking him just as the market is? T. Do you have pictures of the drawings and are you sure they are actually ink drawings instead of prints? If they are drawings, you had better have them appraised right away. They are probably quite valuable. If not, you can probably just frame them for your kids bedroom.

Yes, a few of his paintings are watercolours and I bought a copy of one from e-Bay. Most of his better-known paintings are in oils.
