Phoebe Smith¬ Not me! The curtain rod was invented by Charles W. Kirsch in 1907. Interestingly enough, though, they were not used for several years -- not until the 1920s.

Vince Crain was born in Pacoima California in 1964, the first born oldest son of Dale Davis and BettyLou Simmons. They moved back to eastern Washington where they originally lived, then to Portland OR in 1972, and eventually to Pilot Rock OR in 1981, where he graduated from High School in 1982. Vince was born with natural drawing ability, and at a young age would draw "snoopy" cartoons, and was also very inspired by Big Daddy Ed Roths style of monster hot rod cartoons. in 1982 he began sign painting and lettering, which remained a hobby thruout his life. He started working on a series of his "high octane art" in the late 1990's, and sold thousands of limited edition prints on his website as well as eBay.
