There is more than a single painting that is famous for the Wheel of Fortune or Rota Fortunae.

Edward Burne-Jones (1833-1898) The Wheel of Fortune 1883 Oil on canvas also another of The wheel of fortune with cupid from 1520 by Titian or there is the Wheel of Fortune - Oil Painting on Canvas by artist Darko Topalski

Audrey Flack, Wheel of Fortune (Vanitas), 1977-1978 Oil over acrylic on canvas

from wikipedia

"It is a concept in medieval and ancient philosophy referring to the capricious nature of Fate. The wheel belongs to the goddess Fortuna, who spins it at random, changing the positions of those on the wheel - some suffer great misfortune, others gain windfalls. Fortune appears on all paintings as a woman, sometimes blindfolded, "puppeteering" a wheel."
