The Etruscans got Chariot Racing from the greek but improved on it extremly and later on the Romans picked up on this sport. The Etruscans had many other sports aswell, (boxing, Wrestling,chariot hunting ext.) all these sports often led to death, but were all later picked up by the romans.

Why did so much of roman culture have so much greek flavor?
