In Medieval Times, one would typically state their age by referencing significant events or rulers from the time period. For example, one might say they are "of the reign of King Henry II" or "since The Battle of Hastings." It was common to use historical markers rather than numerical age as we do today.

Same way you do today, but most people didn't know their age. People connected events like weddings and birthdays to big events and if they didn't have an event to connect to they usually didn't know a date or age. If you were part of the nobility you would say it in French, but everyone else used a form of English.
