I'm pretty sure that some are Greece, Egypt, Mesopotamia, Gaul, Arabia, and Spain' but these are provinces. ,Some major cities are present day London, Capua, Alexandria, Antioch, Brundisium, Jerusalem, Damascus, the various cities names Caesarea, and Byzantium. These are just a smattering of the cities, there were many more over the vast territory that the Roman Empire covered.
