Leadership and planning was shared between Roosevelt (US), Churchhill (GB), and Stalin (Russia). The Allied Forces were under the command of General Dwight Eisenhauer (US).
World War TwoThe leader of England in World War Two was Neville Chamberlain until May of 1940when he was forced to resign and Winston Churchill became prime minister
My Opinion:
When WWII Started, the Allies consisted of France, Great Britain and Poland (And technically China). At that point, France had the biggest and most powerful army, and were considered the leaders of the allied forces. However, after their invasion and defeat, the only member left of the original 3 allies was Britain. So, with this in mind, it would be safe to say for the most part Britain was the leader country (However, as the first answer says, there was the "Great 3" which consisted of the UK, Russia and the USA later on)

Dwight D. Eisenhower had this job before he ran for President.
Politically it's Churchill. Militarily I suppose Montgomery is the main one. Slim gets a lot of recognition for the war in Burma against the Japanese, given poor rescources. Alan Brooke was Chief of the General Staff for many years. I don't think the British had one supreme commander at any given time in any place really.
Hard to answer a question as general as that. Each of the allies had their own leaders, the chief ones being Winston Churchill for Britain, Josef Stalin for the USSR and Franklin Delano Roosevelt for the US as political leaders while the military commanders were more in number and different at times. More notabely though, during the second part of the war starting with the British-American landings in the French African territories (November 1942) the probable Comander in Chief of the Allied forces on the Western front was American General Dwight David Eisenhower although he was appointed Supreme Commander only in 1944, in preparation of the Normandy landings which he planned and carried out. On the Eastern Front and because Russia conducted their offensive against Germany from 2 directions, the command was given to both Marshal Georgy Zhukov and Marshal Konstantin Rokossovsky, the former having defended Leningrad and then advanced to conquer Berlin via the Northern (Baltic) Front and the latter having defended Stalingrad and advanced along the Souther Front through Ukraine, Romania, Hungary and eventualy head North as well into Germany.
