∙ 13y agoDuring World War 2 the Dominic Republic did declare war on Germany and Japan after the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor and after Germany declared war on the United States. They were not able to send troops, aircraft or ships however. So they were allied with the Allies in spirit and truth.
