Despite it's small size and stereotypes, the Canadian Military is strong. They have over 100,000 troops available (including reservists) and advanced CF-18 Fighters. Canada is also part of NORAD (North American Aerospace Defense) , an alliance with the US pertaining to joint defense of the North American continent. The Canadians have large amounts of US weaponry at their disposal, as well as support from the United Kingdom (Canada is one of fifteen members of the British Commonwealth, headed by Queen Elizabeth II.)

Very doubtful. The US has far to much military muscle. The Canadians have space and tenacity that could delay an invasion but it would be futile.
