World War 2 in Europe started in September 1939 when Germany invaded Poland. Britain and France had a treaty with Poland and went to war against Germany.And the brithis to.AN that many people did not survive the tragade.

It started when the Germanss Marched into Poland with lightning movement called Blitzkreig. They stormed to their capital named Warsaw. German air force bombed the airfields and workded closely with the ground troops to encircle the polish. The British soon got involved but were forced to evacuate to Britan. When eveacuating from the Dunkirk beach German forces were causing a bunch of Chaos. in the end more tan 100,000 or so troops evacuated.
