Fighting a small cold or flu requires lots of rest( of course) and to also drink lots of sport drinks( except for those with artificial colored) for ex: pocari sweat etc. It helps fight of the cold. Go to the Health Food Store and talk to them. You have to build up your immune system. There are some great natural products out there.
