5162060 Army and Marine combined served in the Vietnam War (counting all of SEA-Southeast Asia), and probably one more million men for the Revolutionary, War of 1812, Mexican War of 1846, Spanish-American War of 1898, plus another million for Korea...about 25 or 30 million men.
