Yes, because the people should be standing up for their country and should be wanting to take part instead of being forced into it. if the only way is to force them then it has to be tried.
But, they shouldn't make people fight because people have a freewill (their own chioce) and if they do not wish to take part then they shouldn't be forced into it. Althoguh they should have the ambition to join the war and help fight for their country and not be frorced into it.
