CARICOM Countries are Antigua & Barbuda, The Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Dominica, Grenada, Guyana, Haiti, Jamaica, Montserrat, Saint Lucia, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Suriname and Trinidad and Tobago.

There are five (5) Associate members as follows:

Anguilla (July 1999); Bermuda (July 2003); British Virgin Islands (July 1991); Cayman Islands (May 2002); and Turks and Caicos Islands (July 1991)
