The US Marine Corps Utility Uniform can be worn with a beige web belt with brass tip and brass buckle through the trouser belt loops. The brass may be anodized or non-anodized. Certain on-duty assignments require an On-Duty Utility Uniform. The standard On-Duty Utility Uniform also includes an olive standard issue utility belt worn around the blouse. Certain MOS's require gear suspenders or a black leather belt worn over the blouse. Canteens, holsters and other authorized gear may be worn on the utility belt and gear suspenders as required by the orders of the day. When wearing a belt over the blouse, a Marine is required to wear a cover while indoors and salute indoors which he would not do otherwise.
The Marine Corps uses the K-bar. It can be seen on the Marine Corps Memorial strapped to the belts of a couple of those raising the flag. They are available very inexpensively through the exchange. Marines can also be issued one through their armory.

This is a rather vague question. In the War Between the States, the uniforms for the confederates were grey or butternut brown, and those of the union were blue. These consisted, on the visible outside, of trousers and a uniform coat (as well as belts, buckles, and other such things) and an angled-top "kepi"-style cap as headwear. In WWII, the uniform depended on the circumstances: there was a dress uniform, a duty uniform, and a combat uniform, to name a few. A web search will easily produce pictures.
If you are referring to the Marine Corps Service Alpha uniform then there are two different belts with different requirements. The 1-1/4 inch wide cotton khaki web belt with buckle will be worn by all Marines with the utility uniform. Male Marines will wear the khaki web belt with service and blue dress trousers and it may be worn with the white dress trousers. The tip end of the web belt will pass through the buckle to the wearer's left and will extend from two to four inches beyond the buckle. The metal belt tip and the buckle will be kept highly polished. The buckle will be worn with the buckle tongue depressed into the buckle. Belts for all men's service coats and male officers' blue coats must match the color and material of the uniform with which they are worn. The buckle will cover the bottom button of the coat. The belt's tapered end will pass through the buckle to the wearer's left and will extend from 2-3/4 inches to 3-3/4 inches beyond the buckle. The free end of the belt will be held in place by a cloth keeper 1/2 inch wide and may be fitted with a snap fastener to secure the belt point. Buckles will be kept highly polished. this info is from: http://www.tecom.usmc.mil

If you're talking about the US Army Vietnam era canvas "pistol belt", those had BRASS female & male connections at the front. Those were SOP (Standard Operating Procedures) for DIs at US Army forts during the war, it was part of the DIs uniform. After the Vietnam War, those same pistol belts went to "Plastic" fittings (male/female connections) at the front, and the pistol belt was re-named the "utility belt." Which by the way, they most often were used for...namely carrying anything but a pistol (most of the time). In order to put/install a custom belt buckle on those belts, one might have to use the services of either a shoe repairman or luggage repair shop; either of those professions will be experienced in the use of Rivets and heavy sewing thread; as those Vietnam era pistol belts and post Viet War utility belts may be riveted or sewn or both. And it will take a heavy needle to go thru that heavy canvas belt.

Genuine ones would be manufactured only by Toyota or companies they contract with to make them for Toyota. These belts can only be bought through Toyota authorized resellers (e.g. dealerships). But there are other companies that independently manufacture them to Toyota's OEM specifications. These belts can be bought at most auto parts stores.
