you need something to compliment your eyes and hair, for the eyes generally speaking, the colours brown, pink and purple work. but because your blond use purple :)
The best eyeliner for blue eyes is dark grey, Blue or black mascara. The best eyeshaddow for blue eyes is purple, dark brown or black, and taupe. since you hair is blonde, don't use such a dark blush or it will make you look flushed. Pink or red lipstick works best.
