Italy was not invaded by the Nazis but was an ally. Norway was invaded and occupied by them.

However only six nations - Ireland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Vatican City - remained neutral throughout the war. A few countries were neutral at the start of the war but soon became subjugated or belligerents. Chile began the war as a neutral but was pressured into it by the Organization of American States. Denmark and Norway were neutral but were soon invaded by Germany. Turkey was neutral for most of the war, but declared war on Germany in January 1945.

∙ 14y agoThe ONLY countries involved in the war were: North Vietnam/South Vietnam; South Korea, US, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, and the Philippines. War material was supplied to North VN by Red China/USSR.

∙ 11y agoThe only countries Hitler didn't invade in Europe was Sweden, Spain, Portugal, Switzerland, Ireland, and Turkey. He didn't invade these countries because either he made a treaty with them or the country had no economic or territorial interests.

what was the percentage of bystanders who did what? percent is a measure of proportion, there needs to be another reference point. do you mean of the world's population? do you mean only of those involved in the Holocaust? but then you say World War II, so do you mean 'which countries were neutral in World War II?' the question is impossible to answer as it is.
The territory that is Philadelphia was not involved in WW2 but people from Philadelphia were involved.

the U.S needed money for better/advanced war equipment so they sold equipment to countries that weren't involved in World War II
