Once America declared it's end of neutrality, Germans were infuriated and began attacks on water with German U-Boats that had built in torpedos. Americans affected the war with it's end in neutrality because this led to the war having an unbalanced amount of effort in the war on the German side. Americans soon won victory for the priveledge of fighting along side with Britain against Germans.

Suddenly England got the fresh reinforcements it needed to win the war more easily and the Americans got payed for the weapons the poms bought more quickly.
