Perleau. Simple recipe==28oz can of Stewed Tomatoes, Two cups of chopped cooked ham, Two cups of uncooked rice. Pour all ingredients into crock pot . Add salt , pepper and a tablespoon of butter.. Add water to the mixture by filling the empty can of tomatoes with water twice. Cook on low heat until rice is done--About an hour.
