The generally accepted figure is about six million. This figure was given by key SS witnesses at the Nuremberg Tribunal in 1945 and is broadly supported by all serious scholarship on the Holocaust.
Not very many people survived. Nobody knows the exact number but about, 1 in 10 survived which is an estimated.___Less then 1% of the people survived the Holocaust.___One of the problems is that there is no agreed definition of Holocaust survivor. However, please see the related question, which gives a figure of about 200,000.Approximately 3,546,211 people survived the holocaust if one is referring to the number of Jews. The actual number of people cannot be accounted for in that case.
The figure OS six million refers to the estimate total number of Jews killed by the Nazis in the Holocaust. (The total number of people killed overall in World War 2 was much higher).
The exact number will never be known. Most estimates put the total number of Poles who died in WW2 at about 5.5 - 5.9 million and of these about 2.9 million were Jews. Note that the total number of Poles who perished in WW2 is difficult to establish as the Soviet Union tried to minimize its own involvement.
The 2010 annual report of Jehovah's Witnesses doesn't report the number of children of Jehovah's Witnesses in Ireland, or any country for that matter, but only gives the total of 'peak publishers'. This is the peak number of Jehovah's Witnesses who report their time spent in preaching. That figure is 5,833 and could include baptized children from about 7 years of age and upwards. See the links below for the total statistics.
ANSWER FROM ONE OF JEHOVAH'S WITNESSES... In the Service year of 2010 the reported total number of people being Baptised is 294.368 (From the 2011 year book of Jehovah's Witnesses). Most of this number would have come from people who were having a study with Jehovah's Witnesses... The Watchtower does not publish the number of people who become Witnesses via Bible study and it is not a statistic that gets recorded. The official website of Jehovah's Witnesses' latest statistics gives a total of 294,368 baptisms. (see link below)There were, on average, just over 8 million Bible studies reported. In my experience most people become baptized as Witnesses after having been born into the religion.
How many Jehovah's Witnesses are there in Botswana: There are an average 2,121 and a total of 46 kingdom Halls, also an average number of bible studies conducted 3,878 for the year of 2012
Yes. Jews alone constituted 6 million dead. All of the other minorities (Gypsies, Jehovah's Witnesses, Slavs, Communists, etc.) combined total 5 million dead.
Total, about eleven million people died as a result of the Holocaust. Six million of those were Jews. and the others that died included Jehovah's Witnesses, homosexuals, disabled people, and Gypsies.
Jehovah's Witnesses are baptised by undergoing total water immersion. This is done after the individual has gained a basic bible knowledge (usually having studied for some months) and has put faith in the things he or she has learnt.Additionally:The water baptism of Jehovah's Witnesses is a public symbol of the person's personal, sincere dedication of themselves to do Jehovah's will (as set out in the Bible).

Kingdom Halls are places where Jehovah's Witnesses gather and hold their weekly meetings which are part of their worldwide Bible based educational work. Meetings in the Kingdom Halls are open for the public, everyone can attend them and there are no money collections. There are meetings twice a week - with a total of 5 meetings. For example on Thursdays 3 meetings are being held and on Sundays the other 2 ones.
I may not know any of their names are but I am definitely sure there are JWs in that country. Even in countries (like Singapore) where the JWs are banned from performing their Christian duties to "preach the good news of the kingdom" has Jehovah's Witnesses. It is a fulfillment of the prophesy written in Matthew 24:14.
Approximately 6 million Jews were killed during the Holocaust by the Nazis due to their religion. Other groups, such as Jehovah's Witnesses, disabled individuals, and others, were also targeted and killed based on their religion or beliefs during World War II. The total number of people killed specifically due to their religion in World War II may never be known with certainty.
Some scholars maintain that the definition of the word Holocaust should also include the Nazis' systematic murder of millions of people in other groups, including ethnic Poles, the Roma, Soviet civilians, Soviet prisoners of war, people with disabilities, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses, and other political and religious adherents. By this definition, the total number of Holocaust victims would be between 11 million and 17 million people.Answer:The above does not address the question. The answer to the question is: Six million Jewish people died in the Holocaust.
