Which war? There have been a lot of wars that the American peoples have had opinions on. I am sorry, but, you could be referring to any war in our nations history and without knowing which war (in an uncategorized category, there is no way to answer your question. Next time at least try and name the war or put it in a more specific category.

In terms of bias, many Americans did not have a positive view of Germany and tended to favor the Allies. Germany was portrayed negatively in the press, and was seen as extremely militaristic.
