What Hitler did in the 1930s

In the 1930s Hitler wanted to reunite all German speaking people that were lost to the treaty of Versailles he also wanted to create living space for the master race he would try to do this by taking over the Russia also nown as the USSR.

The things that Hitler did that Germans would approve of would be the autobahn, got rid of unemployment, albeit by putting people to work on said Autobahn etc. got rid of high inflation by ignoring the Treaty of Versailles which had high war reparations from WW1. And at least temporarily gave them back pride. But these things were grossly overshadowed by blame for ww2,The Final Solution of the Jews and the destruction of Germany as it was known.

Hitler did not get rid of Hyperinflation. Gustav Streseman did. He did this by getting rid of the old currency and bringing in a new currency which was called the Rentenmard which was secured by US gold therefore it had value.

Why did people put Hitler in charge?

In Germany in the early 1930s there were about 850,000 Jews and people of Jewish origin (including people who were one-quarter Jewish). Out of a total population of about 62 million this amounts to about 1.4%. That's nowhere near enough to have much of an electoral impact. (The assumption you make in the question about 'large amount' is inaccurate).

Other factors were the cunning of Nazi propaganda and the violence of Hitler's followers, who often intimidated the opposition into silence by threats and by physical force.
