People who lived in Ghettos had lives like what you see with homeless people: struggling to survive, to find food, money, and a way to get back on top. Many people who were living in France spent many of their days fighting the Axis Forces and helping the Allied Forces. There were people who were not Jews stuck in the concentration camps during the Holocaust and they were treated like the Jewish people: starved to death, gassed, castrated, etc.
