You name it. Virtually everything that has happened in the world since has been influenced by it. Here's a few for starters: Cold War UN Nuclear Age MAD Brinksmanship West, Bloc, and Third World categorizations The end of Imperialism in Asia and independence for all those countries, which led to independence in Africa as well. Pacification of Europe, with good cause I guess Foundation of Israel, and all that entails the concept of war crimes as an international affair the term "nazi" thrown around at anyone you don't like the list goes on and on
well there was many changes such as the Cold War ,a war bewteen communism countries such as The Soviet Union versus the Nato Forces led by the United States and there was obviously the end for the Nazi Power and the creation of UN,a global organization to help many countries in difficulty such as Germany to rebuild there economic system and more stuff
Many thing we learned alot about bombs, but manly after ww2 Japan and Europe were no longer to have a nave or air force or mitary of a sertant size because of what they did. They have the united natoins over there making sure they don't get attacked or make one.
Russia & the US emerged as Superpowers. The Cold war would dominate politics for more than a generation. The British Empire became Historical. Both Germany & Japan would achieve incredible economic prosperity & both would become less involved in military advancement. The Third World would be much more recognisable and in time different countries would shake off the shackles of their past as parts of various European empires. WW2 would be seen as a very important turning point in the history of the 20th century.
The ending of World War II brought great change to Europe and to the entire world. Primarily, the rise of the Soviet Union and the United States as the two super-powers in world politics created an entirely new situation. The break-up of the British Empire, the deflating of eugenics and nationalism (among other pre-war "ideas" of importance), the beginnings of the modern Middle East crisis-point -- all of these changes were also results of the Second World War.
