Helping with treatment and care of wounded soldiers.
I don't know if you mean presently by area or if you mean when at any point in time, but some areas that women majorly helped the war was in world war I and II when they did a lot of manufacturing and helped produce things for the soldiers to use. In Britain, when a lot of men left for war, a lot of women took over their jobs for the time being, which was very important. In the USA, a good deal of women spent time writing up letters to families telling them they had lost a loved one, which was also important. Not to mention all throughout history, women became nurses in war and were very important in saving lives. Also, there are women in the armed services right now that I would say definitely help.
