usa i think Turkey, in January 1945. This was of course purely an attempt to be seen to be on the winning side and was 'unserious'. I'd rate it below Costa Rica's declaration of war in December 1941, which was designed to show solidarity with the U.S. and to provide an excuse for seizing German property. Argentina declared war on Germany on 29 March 1945. This was purely a gesture and was intended to avoid giving undue offence to the U.S.

USA didn't declare war on Germany, Germany declared war on the USA. Germany declared war on the USA because the USA declared war on japan when the Japanese attacked pearl harbour in Hawaii
acutally the only country germany declared war on was the united states no other country only them. why u ask well germany didn't declare war on any other countries because the other countries they were at war with already declared on germany and there was no need to declare war on them
Probably not the USA has the best navy in the world or so iv been told. Hope this helped :)
The only actions of consequence would be the 2 Atomic Bombs dropped on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in 1945. The USA are also the only country ever to use a Nuclear device against an Enemy country.
If provoked again due to a pre-emptive attack on our homeland, the USA would inot hesitate to use nuclear warheads on another country.
