What were the stages of the Final Solution?

The Final Solution was final and didn't have 'stages'. However, one can list the various stages leading it.

It worked something like this:

• Define/Identify
• Isolate
• Humiliate
• Make it impossible for them to earn a living
• Confiscate their property
• Imprison them or send them to ghettos
• Enslave and exploit them to obtain any possible labor they may provide
• Work them to death providing as little nourishment and shelter as possible
• When they can no longer work then dispose of them
• Let nothing go to waste. Leave no trace of them.

preparation - the structures and logistics had to be put into place.

methodology - the people/departments involved had to understand their roles/duties.

implementation - the plans had to be actualised.

adaptation - the methods and implementation needed to be honed as the process moved from theory to reality.
