Austria-Hungary entered World War 1 as a multi-national empire. It was an alliance it between the Habsburg Dynasty and the Hungarians. They allegience had made Austria-Hungary an industrial power by the break-out of the war. The military, at the time of the war, was strong with 410,000 troops; 87,000 Horses; and 1,200 Artillery units. After the war was declared, a total number of 3.35 million men gathered for action.
