Answer:
BEGINNING AND BACKGROUND OF WORLD WAR II
World War II, began in 1939 in the same way World War I began. Except, for a better. World War I began because simply people in Europe couldn't hug each other and wanted to play the little kids' game of "MINE!". World War II, happened as a result of World War I, which was Germany's surrender in World War I. This cost Germany a big price, because the Germans had to pay war reperations to the allies. The German economy was in hell, there was a mass inflation of an unbearable level in Germany. Adolf Hitler, wanted to reverse Germany's surrender. Adolf Hitler was successful, he actually strengthened Germany's economy and made Germany a world military superpower.
1939-1941 HITLER BREAKS TREATY OF VERSAILLES - U.S ENTERS WAR
World War II began in 1939. The American and European leaders, begged Hitler not to invade territories such as Poland and the Soviet Union. But he did in anyways and was successful at first. He defeated the Red Army in the Soviet Union at first, then he defeated the Americans and British in North Africa at first. The United States entered the war in 1941, when Japanese bombers invaded Hawaii and Philippines and the entire Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia area on December 7. The U.S declared war on Japan, and Germany declared war on the U.S. The U.S troops' battles against the Japanese extremely bloody and brutal, because to Japanese people, surrendering is as equivalent as a Muslim eating pork or a Christian burning a Bible. The battles betwee the U.S and German troops back in Europe were nothing but Disneyland compared to the battles of the U.S troops and Japanese in the Pacfic, and the Red Army and German troops in Russia.
1944-1945; U.S DEFEATS JAPAN, SOVIET UNION DEFEATS GERMANY
World War II, was NOT an overnight victory for the Allies over the Axis. The Allies had been defeated MANY times before. The Red Army, lost 3/4 of Soviet territory. The Soviets lost Smolensk, Kiev, Kharkiv and Minsk to the Nazis until they won Stalingrad when the Nazis gave up from Russian Mother Nature's wrath. In 1942, the Japanese overcame the U.S troops in the Philippines. So the United States had to surrender the Philippines after the tragic battles of Bataan and Corregidor. The U.S troops also lost to the Japanese in the battle of Wake Island. The British and Americans got their butts handed over by Nazi General Erwin Rommel in North Africa. The Nazis gave up Stalingrad, because they were to exhausted and the Russians were a too overwhelming amount. The brutal Russian winter also pushed the Nazis back, where the Red Army was able to surround them and ambush the Nazis back into their homeland. The British and Americans eventually won North Africa from the Nazis, when General Rommel surrendered. The Nazi invasion of Russia was diverted into Germany, where the Red Army succcesfully captured the German capital Berlin marking Germany's defeat and surrender in 1945. Now, the U.S and Soviet troops had the Japanese to deal with. The U.S troops would have to undergo sevaral more months having bloody battles with the Japanese troops. Finally, when General MacArthur returned to the Philippines to liberate it, Japanese general Homma surrendered the Philippines. But Japan still didn't surrender, until the U.S dropped the first nuke on Hiroshima and Nagasaki in August of 1945. Then the Empire of Japan finally surrendered marking the official end of World War II.
