If you have signed up for Selective Service, you would know it. You would remember going to the post office and picking up the packed, it's small, but you would remember. You would remember filling in your information: name, address, SSN, birth date, etc. You would remember mailing it, and you would remember receiving your confirmation letter.

If you recall none of these, then it is likely it never happened and you are not registered with Selective Service.
