There were many countries that fought with us (on our side) in World War One. Assuming you mean the United States as "us," we were part of the Allied Nations. We joined the war in April of 1917 with countries including Great Britain, Russia and France for the most part. There were many other minor countries on our side such as Japan and Italy. We were against the Alliance of Germany, Austria-Hungary, and Turkey.
Technically, the Russian Empire fought in World War One, while the U.S.S.R. fought in World War Two. In both wars, it fought on the side of the Allies.
Some countries have accurace (or as accurate as possible) records of who fought in their forces in World War I; but some countries for various reasons have little or no records of this information.

Well, honey, during the Great War, also known as World War I for you youngins, countries like Canada, Australia, and India fought on the side of Britain. They were part of the British Empire back then, before they decided to spread their wings and fly solo. So, yeah, Britain had some backup dancers shaking their tail feathers during that whole mess.
The two side that fought in World War 2 are the allies and axis.
