No one was in charge of Hitler, he was the head of government in Germany at the time of World War 2.
Chamberlain negotiated what he thought was a peace treaty with Hitler. It was called, "Peace in our time." Unfortunately, hitler did not respect that treaty.
No. If you watch the film of him it is obvious he wasn't. There is film with him reading, looking at maps, sight seeing in Paris, and various other things. The film does show him with a tremor towards the end of the war. We do know, now, he was taking drugs everyday.
Gosh, how time moves on! In my young day nobody would not have known about Adolf Hitler.
the golden years in Germany were from 1924-1929 (Hitler wasn't in power then). Berlin at the time was described as the party capital. the German cinema was even competing with Hollywood at the time.
No, they were enemies.
As Time Goes By
Der Untergang translates to Downfall. It is a German film that deals with the last 10 days of Adolf Hitler's life. Set in the bunker into which Hitler retired at the end of the war, the film documents this time as experienced by a young 22 year old woman hired to be Hitler's secretary. The movie was based on the memoirs of Hitler's real secretary of this time, Traudl Junge.
Yes, the song called A Time for Us was composed by Nino Rota for the 1968 movie of Romeo and Juliet. This haunting and lyrical melody was the main theme for the film. It is sung during the Capulet party, and on the soundtrack album is called "What is a Youth" with lyrics by Eugene Walter. It is not actually called "A Time for Us" anywhere on the soundtrack album.
In the film Swing Time (1936).
Remember the Time.
Irving Berlin wrote the song for the 1942 film Holiday Inn, one of my favorite Christmas-time movies ever.
No, television was not widely available in Germany during Hitler's time in power. Instead, Hitler used radio broadcasts, rallies, posters, and film to disseminate propaganda and control public opinion.

"Nothing But a Good Time" is featured in the 2003 film Grind. The song comes about when Joey Kern's character put in a Poison CD, which made everyone in the van start to sing the song and air guitar the solo. "Nothing But a Good Time" also appears in the 2005 film Mr. and Mrs. Smith [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Poison_(band)]
The song, which seems to have some Russian overtones ( the Rite of Spring, perhaps) is one of the better early hard-rock songs. The Time of the season for Love is the clear message. It was recorded by a group called the Zombies and the song has no occult rumblings whatsoever!
Once Upon a Time in American is an Italian drama written and directed by Sergio Leone in 1984. The song where the kids whistle was "Childhood Memories".
