Why was the Moroccan crisis and the Bosnian crisis important factors?
Both contributed to the war in 1914. The Moroccan Crisis got the Germans even more annoyed. Also, Britain and Russia had decided to form an entente, after the discovery of Germany's plan to attack. For the Bosnian Crisis, the rivalry between Bosnia and Serbia eventually led to the assassination at Sarajevo. In 1908 there was a revolution in Turkey, and Austria-Hungary took advantage of this to annex (take over) the Turkish state of Bosnia.

In 1911, Germany sent a gunboat to Moroccan port of Agadir to protect its interest over there and prevents it from expanding.
