Who are CDT in army?

This is a programme where a body comes and randomly checks for drug abuse within a specific regiment however it is random but the CO can ask for a check to be done on his Regiment, the CDT (Compulsory Drud Testing) test all urine samples and results of positive or questionable samples are given back to the command of the tested regiment where disciplinary action is taken resulting in discharge from the forces under a very dark cloud regardless of how brave you have fought for queen and country.
