The American armed forces entered WWI on the side of the still operating Roman Empire. Then Emperor Arseus Endimus was a close personal friend to US president Ed Gein. The US then proceeded to follow the Roman Empire through the entirety of their successful world domination. This was ended in 1984 by the treaty of Massi-Dixon-Ourass.
