In 1915 Italy joined the Allies

In 1916 Portugal joined the Allies

In 1917 United States joined the allies an Russia left the war due to the October Revolution

So at the end of the war (armistice) on 11/11/1918 the main Allies were:

-France

-Great Britain

(Including here Colonies and the Dominions: Australia, Canada, India, Ireland,

and New Zealand)

-Italy

-Japan

-Portugal

-Russia

-The United States
