people were killed during the Holocaust because Hitler didn't want anyone interfering with his plans and because he believes that some people were an inferior race to Germans such as Jewish, Catholic, homosexuals, Jehovah's Witnesses to concentration camps where they would do back breaking labour, treated like slaves and when they were of no use anymore they would be put in gas chambers, which were located in extermination camps, and they would be killed.

Jews were considered a race, not a religion. They were deemed sub human along with homosexuals, Communists, Gypsies, Jehovah's Witnesses, the handicapped and the mentally ill. However, in Nazi Propaganda Jews were portrayed as diaboically cunning and dangerous Communists.

The Nuremeberg Laws of 1935 futher defined the Jews stated more laws that they had to follow. The S.S. did not look at innocent Jews dying but that the world would be a safer and better place without them. Himmler was the founder of the concentration camps and at the Wannsee Conference it was decided to exterminate. Innocent people died. Pure hate, fear and they were "following orders ".

A scapegoat. Hitler slandered Jews during his rise to power, he made the public believe that the Jews were the enemy. A textbook Fascist tactic. So that made the a war between the countries.
Because Hitler wanted a perfect race of humans and this didnt include the Jewish community.
Adolf Hitler believed in a "superior race" called the Aryan Race. Jews did not fit the bill. It was also part of his campaign to power in Germany: blame all the problems on Jews.

Because Adolf Hitler believed that Germans, being inherently superior human beings, were threatened to their very existence by the inherently inferior Jews. The threat to the Supermen from the Subhumans was so great that the only option was to exterminate them as though they were vermin.
