Native Americans have Indian Reservations. These reservations are considered their own place and they don't have to follow all the rules of the united states, because technically Indian Reservations are their own places. They build casinos because casinos are illegal to have (unless in las vegas) because gamballing is technically illegal, but since its on Indian Reservations, it is allowed. They actually make a ton of money from creating these casinos on their Indian Reservations. Hope I helped answer your question.

In Arizona, repossession agents generally cannot enter Indian reservations without permission from the tribal authorities. Indian reservations are considered sovereign nations, and tribal laws and regulations govern activities within their boundaries. Therefore, repossession of vehicles or property on a reservation typically requires coordination with tribal law enforcement and compliance with tribal laws.
First, Federal law does not really apply to Indian Reservations (they are by definition, separate nations). Second, Indians do not enforce their moral laws on the conduct of another (that does not directly interfere with the rights of another, or cause harm) like American's do. Third, Casino's are good ways to make money and help the tribes.

I'm guessing that the four Indian reservations are Tonawanda, Buffalo Creek, Cattaraugus, and Allegany Reservations.
No Reservations - Apache Indian album - was created on 1993-05-18.
The Native American tribe/nation that owns the land. Native American lands (reservations) are considered sovereign and are governed by several entities, the Tribal Council, the BLM and other such agencies.
Indian tribes are distinct from foreign nations primarily in their legal status and sovereignty. While foreign nations operate as independent entities with full international recognition, Indian tribes are considered domestic dependent nations within the United States, possessing limited sovereignty. They have their own governance systems and tribal laws but are subject to U.S. federal law. Additionally, their relationships with the federal government differ from those between nations, often involving treaties and trust responsibilities rather than outright independence.

No.
An Indian Reservation is an area of land within the U.S. that was owned by the U.S. government and that has been dedicated to a tribe of native Americans (American Indians) as a place where they may live and govern themselves independent of the U.S. government, as if it were separate countries. These reservations were established when the native Americans were forced from their original lands in the 18th and 19th centuries. Reservations were established in locations considered not to be worth having, as in the western desert regions. Subsequently, oil was discovered on some of these reservations, and those native Americans who live there prospered because the oil belonged to them.
