Without the views and bias of human kind, yes, everyone is equal including black people and white people. However, with the views and bias and actions of human kind, sadly enough, no. Not everyone is treated equally in this world when it comes solely to their skin color.

In the United States, Blacks have socially more rights then Whites. They can get away with much more in manner. This has caused the stereotype that has turned proper black society and white society into believing that downtown/ghetto Blacks and teen age blacks have a bad attitude and are just miscreants. The problem with this conception is that that creates a feeling in those areas that whites are still extremely racist against colored people when in fact it is the blacks that are socially more racist and are even racist racist against those of the same skin color. Something you don't see in the modern white culture.
