There's no such thing as a West Oakland Crip, most people from Oakland, Cali don't bang anything, all the bangers are in Los Angeles, Hoovers don't claim Crip anymore they stopped that years ago they're Hoover Criminals now not Hoover Crips. Well really Hoovers were always independent they just clicked up with Crips at one point then went back independent.
